</td></tr><tr style="height: 264.8px;"><td style="text-align: justify; width: 99.9048%; height: 264.8px;"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">U radu se naglašava značaj uključivanja djece u ranjivim situacijama u rani i predškolski odgoj i obrazovanje smatrajući pritom da su stavovi i pružanje podrške odgojitelja jedan od najvažnijih čimbenika uspješnog ostvarivanja procesa inkluzije. Cilj je rada istražiti mišljenja odgojitelja o odgojno-obrazovnim potrebama djece u ranjivim situacijama u dječjim vrtićima te prikazati njihovu samoprocjenu kompetentnosti u radu s djecom u ranjivim situacijama. Istraživanjem je obuhvaćen ukupno 601 odgojitelj iz dječjih vrtića u Republici Hrvatskoj. Za potrebe istraživanja korišten je Upitnik spremnosti odgajatelja i faktori podrške za uspješno predškolsko uključivanje (Skočić Mihić, 2011), koji je modificiran za ispitivanje mišljenja odgojitelja o uključivanju djece u ranjivim situacijama. Spearmanov koeficijent korelacije pokazuje da postoji statistički značajna povezanost između godina radnog iskustva odgojitelja i samoprocjene kompetentnosti za podršku i odgojno-obrazovne potrebe djece u ranjivim situacijama. Odgojitelji s više radnog iskustva osjećaju se manje kompetentnima i osposobljenima za rad s djecom u ranjivim situacijama i skloniji su mišljenju da im je više potrebna stručna podrška. Njihov osjećaj nedostatka kompetencija proizlazi iz nedovoljno spremnosti za zadovoljavanje specifičnih potreba<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>te djece, iz manjka resursa i podrške te iz nesigurnosti da neće moći adekvatno odgovoriti na postojeće izazove odgojno-obrazovne inkluzije. S obzirom na rezultate dobivene ovim istraživanjem, važno je osigurati podršku i kontinuiran profesionalni razvoj odgojitelja kako bi oni unaprijedili svoje vještine u kreiranju inkluzivnog obrazovnog okruženja. </span>

<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Dijete rane i predškolske dobi nije<span style="color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;"> samo buduća odrasla osoba i budući građanin, već<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>ljudsko biće koje odrasta u sadašnjosti. Svako dijete za svoj optimalni psihofizički razvoj</span> treba odrastati u poticajnom okruženju, u kojem se osjeća zadovoljno i sigurno. Inkluzija djece u ranjivim situacijama u kvalitetan odgojno-obrazovni proces temelj je za njihovu dobrobit (Biddle, 2017; Burchinal i sur., 2010; Lonigan i Phillips, 2016). Pojam obrazovne inkluzije (Mikas i Roudi, 2012, prema Boullet, 2018) temelji se na<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>socijalnom modelu koji odgovara odgojno-obrazovnim potrebama sve djece, čime se uvažavaju specifičnosti njihova razvoja, sposobnosti, mogućnosti i kulture. Budući da s<span style="color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">vako dijete zaslužuje inkluzivno i podržavajuće okruženje za učenje u kojem može napredovati i ostvariti svoj puni potencijal, </span>važna je interakcija individualnih i okolinskih čimbenika koji mogu doprinijeti ranjivosti djece.</span><span lang="SK"> <span class="rynqvb">Ne postoji uobičajena definicija „ranjivosti” u djetinjstvu (</span></span><span class="rynqvb">*<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Children’s Commissioner</span>*</span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">, 2017</span><span lang="SK">).</span></span> <span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Kako navode Jopling i Vincent (2016, str. 8.), riječ je o „nejasnom i maglovitom pojmu koji se puno više koristi no što se razumije”. Uvidom u literaturu vidljivo je da se ranjivost djece često poistovjećuje s problemima, teškoćama i rizičnim činiteljima koji se odnose na dijete, njegove roditelje ili skrbnike te sa socioekonomskim kontekstom u kojemu djeca odrastaju (Jopling i Vincent, 2016; 2019).</span>

<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Pojam *djeca u ranjivim situacijama* odnosi se na djecu koja su na bilo koji način izložena riziku povrede svojeg fizičkog, psihičkog, emocionalnog ili socijalnog integriteta, te su znatno češće od svojih vršnjaka suočena s različitim nepovoljnim ishodima tijekom svojeg razvoja (UNICEF, 2022). </span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">Djeca mogu biti osjetljiva na različite rizike i loše ishode zbog individualnih karakteristika,</span></span><span class="hwtze"><span lang="SK"> zbog </span></span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">utjecaja djelovanja ili nedjelovanja drugih ljudi</span></span> <span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">te zbog fizičkog i društvenog okruženja u kojem odrastaju. Svi ti čimbenici uključuju: fizičke, emocionalne, zdravstvene i odgojno-obrazovne potrebe djeteta, loša iskustva koja je dijete doživjelo ili bi moglo biti u opasnosti da ih doživi (nepovoljna iskustva iz djetinjstva), nemogućnost djetetovih roditelja/skrbnika i šireg obiteljskog okruženja da zadovolje djetetove potrebe ili čak da nanesu štetu (primjerice, ​​beskućništvo, loši uvjeti stanovanja, prisutnost odraslih osoba s mentalnim problemima u obiteljskom domu, ovisnosti o alkoholu i drogama ili</span></span> <span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">kontakt s kaznenopravnim sustavom, obiteljsko zlostavljanje i siromaštvo, nepostojanje podržavajućih odnosa u životu djeteta), širu zajednicu i okruženje te društvene uvjete izvan obitelji, uključujući kriminal, koheziju zajednice i otpornost. </span></span>

<span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Izvješće pod nazivom *No Child Left Behind* iz 2020. godine definira ranjivu djecu kao djecu koja su izložena većem riziku od doživljavanja fizičkih ili emocionalnih ozljeda i/ili loših ishoda zbog jednog čimbenika ili više njih.</span></span><span class="hwtze"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> </span></span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Ranjivost može biti uzrokovana različitim čimbenicima, uključujući (ali ne i ograničavajući se na njih) siromaštvo ili financijske probleme;</span></span><span class="hwtze"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> teškoće u razvoju i </span></span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">invaliditet, medicinske ili zdravstvene probleme;</span></span><span class="hwtze"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> </span></span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">obiteljsko mentalno zdravlje;</span></span><span class="hwtze"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> </span></span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">život unutar sustava skrbi ili povijest zlostavljanja bilo koje vrste. Stoga ta djeca mogu imati širok raspon loših iskustava u svojem životu, koja sama po sebi mogu imati značajan utjecaj na njihovo emocionalno stanje, razvoj mozga, privrženost i odnose te njihovu sposobnost učenja. </span></span>

<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Cjeloviti dokument koji uređuje hrvatski sustav predškolskoga odgoja i obrazovanja *Nacionalni kurikulum za rani i predškolski odgoj i obrazovanje* (MZOS, 2015) naglašava da djeca s posebnim odgojno-obrazovnim potrebama i pravima trebaju biti aktivno uključena u sve segmente redovitog odgojno-obrazovnog procesa. Odgojno-obrazovna praksa u dječjim vrtićima veoma je kompleksno područje i razlikuje se od ustanove do ustanove. Neujednačeno je praćenje kvalitete rada dječjih vrtića, a manifestira se kao izostanak procedura praćenja, godišnjih analiza, tjednih refleksija i dr. Ta neujednačenost otežava zaključivanje o stvarnim stanjima, kvaliteti i mogućnostima ranog i predškolskoga odgoja i obrazovanja djece u ranjivim situacijama. Među dionicima ranog i predškolskoga odgoja i obrazovanja postoje velike razlike u svijesti o raznolikosti djece u ranjivim situacijama i njihovim odgojno-obrazovnim potrebama, kako na razini donositelja odluka na lokalnoj razini, tako i u samim dječjim vrtićima (Bouillet i sur., 2018). Iako je utvrđeno da je upravo obrazovanje vrijedan i važan resurs prevladavanja brojnih prepreka pristupačnosti kvalitetnog inkluzivnog ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja svoj djeci, spomenute su razlike prisutne zbog nesustavnog pristupa cjeloživotnom obrazovanju odgojno-obrazovnih djelatnika (Bouillet i sur., 2018).<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span>

<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Istraživanje Ureda UNICEF-a za Hrvatsku (Šućur i sur., 2015) o siromaštvu i dobrobiti djece jasno je identificiralo najranjivije skupine djece rane i predškolske dobi. U provedenom istraživanju navedena je definicija koja predstavlja noviju suvremenu terminološku orijentaciju usklađenu prema recentnim zakonskim dokumentima, a koja obuhvaća djecu koja su iznadprosječno izložena riziku povrede svojeg socijalnog, emocionalnog, fizičkog ili psihičkog integriteta, pa su zato češće od svojih vršnjaka suočena s različitim nepovoljnim razvojnim ishodima. Konkretnije, naglasak je na sljedećim skupinama djece: siromašna djeca, djeca pripadnici romske nacionalne manjine, djeca s teškoćama u razvoju, djeca izbjeglice i migranti, djeca koja žive u udaljenim ruralnim naseljima i djeca koja odrastaju u nepovoljnim obiteljskim prilikama. </span>

<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Kako bi organizirali prikladan i kvalitetan proces učenja za djecu različitih sposobnosti i mogućnosti, odgojitelji trebaju imati razvijene kompetencije i pozitivne stavove prema inkluzivnom obrazovanju (</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Kudek Mirošević i Jurčević Lozančić, 2014; Skočić Mihić i Sekušak Galešev, 2016). Navedeno upućuje da odgojitelji u svom radu trebaju biti responzivni na djetetove potrebe, sposobnosti, interese i mogućnosti. Inkluzivno obrazovanje mora biti opća politika i praksa duboko ukorijenjena u društvo i redoviti sustav odgoja i obrazovanja (Jurčević Lozančić i Kudek Mirošević, 2015). Odgojitelji trebaju preuzimati uloge koje su zahtjevne, složene i etički osjetljive kako bi odgovorili na višestruke interese, različite ciljeve i perspektive djece, obitelji<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>i društvene zajednice. </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span>

<span class="rynqvb">**<span lang="SK" style="font-size: 12.0pt;">Svrha istraživanja, cilj i hipoteza</span>**</span>

<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Posljednjih godina na nacionalnoj razini pristupilo se izradi novih kurikulumskih dokumenata u sustavu odgoja i obrazovanja. Pritom je naglašena i važnost osiguravanja pristupačnosti ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja djeci u ranjivim situacijama, jer upravo obuhvat sve djece predškolskim odgojem i obrazovanjem čini sastavni dio svakog strateškog dokumenta, neovisno o ciljnoj skupini na koju se dokument odnosi (Bouillet, 2018). Međutim, koncept inkluzivnog ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja koji bi definirao standarde kvalitete i oblike podrške koje su dječji vrtići dužni osigurati svoj djeci u ranjivim situacijama nije dovoljno osmišljen ni razrađen. Posebno zabrinjava slaba vidljivost nekih skupina djece u ranjivim situacijama (Bouillet, 2018).</span>

<span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">Za potrebe ovoga rada pojam *djeca u ranjivim situacijama* odnosi se na svu djecu koja su izložena većem riziku od doživljavanja fizičke ili emocionalne ozljede i/ili doživljavanja loših ishoda zbog jednog ili više čimbenika u njihovim životima (primjerice, </span></span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">siromašna djeca, djeca pripadnici romske nacionalne manjine, djeca s teškoćama u razvoju, djeca izbjeglice i migranti, djeca koja žive u udaljenim ruralnim naseljima, djeca koja odrastaju u nepovoljnim obiteljskim prilikama)</span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">. </span></span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Velik broj djece koja pripadaju ovim ranjivim kategorijama trebat će dodatnu podršku, posebice u sustavu odgoja i obrazovanja.</span></span><span class="hwtze"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> </span></span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">To može biti podrška u učenju, pohađanju nastave, izgradnji odnosa ili ponašanju. Kako bi ovoj djeci pružili najbolju podršku, dječji vrtići trebaju predstavljati</span><span lang="SK"> zaštitne čimbenike, pružajući djeci stabilnost, toplinu i ljude kojima je stalo do njih i njihove dobrobiti.</span></span> <span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">Takvo podržavajuće okruženje u mogućnosti je prilagoditi potrebnu podršku, koja će imati pozitivan utjecaj na dijete.</span></span> <span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">Ako dječji vrtić unutar svojeg okruženja nema jasan uvid u odgojno-obrazovne potrebe ili situaciju djeteta, malo je vjerojatno da će moći pružiti učinkovitu podršku.</span></span><span class="hwtze"><span lang="SK"> U tom smislu, o</span></span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">dnosi koje odgojitelji grade s djecom ključni su za razumijevanje njihova podrijetla i njihovih proživljenih iskustava. </span></span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Istraživanje koje su proveli Turnsek i suradnici (2016) ističe da upravo sposobnost djelotvornog suočavanja s ranjivošću pretpostavlja rekonceptualizaciju ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja, posebice profesionalne uloge odgojitelja.</span> <span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Suvremeni odgojno-obrazovni sustavi sve više promiču inkluziju djece s različitim odgojno-obrazovnim potrebama u redovne skupine, što je možda noviji koncept i puno veći izazov za odgojitelje s dugogodišnjim radnim iskustvom. Oni mogu osjećati da im nedostaju specifične kompetencije potrebne za uspješan rad u inkluzivnom okruženju. </span>

<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">U ovom radu i istraživanju nastoji se pridonijeti kvaliteti odgoja i obrazovanja djece u ranjivim situacijama u ranom i predškolskom odgoju i obrazovanju. Sukladno nekim istraživanjima (Bethere i sur., 2016; </span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">Nīmante, 2018; Nīmante i Kokare, 2022), samoprocjena odgojitelja o tome koliko su osposobljeni i posjeduju li potrebne kompetencije za odgojno-obrazovnu inkluziju</span></span> <span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">pokazuje da postoji prostor za poboljšanje općih, ali i specifičnih kompetencija za inkluzivno obrazovanje. </span></span><span class="cf01"><span lang="SK" style="font-size: 9.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">Tatalović Vorkapić i suradnice (2018) provele su istraživanje o predškolskoj djeci koja odrastaju u rizičnim životnim uvjetima, a to su: djeca s posebnim odgojno-obrazovnim potrebama, pripadnici romske nacionalne manjine, djeca iz sustava socijalne skrbi, djeca koja dolaze iz socijalno deprivirajućih obitelji, djeca čiji se roditelji razvode i koja odrastaju uz depresivne majke. Rezultati provedenog istraživanja ukazuju na povišene razine rizičnosti pojedinih uvjeta života predškolske djece, kao i očekivanih poteškoća u njihovu daljnjem razvoju. Iako se pokazalo da odgojitelji u svojem radu izražavaju visoku osjetljivost i spremnost za rad s djecom iz ranjivih skupina, istodobno oni izražavaju nisku razinu samoprocjene kompetentnosti za odgojno-obrazovni rad s navedenom djecom, što ukazuje na potrebu za njihovom daljnjom edukacijom za pružanjem podrške.</span></span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> </span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">Također, rezultati koji se odnose na specifične kompetencije za inkluzivno obrazovanje pokazuju da postoje neke razlike vezane uz dob i iskustvo u radu odgojitelja u inkluzivnom obrazovanju </span></span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">(</span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">Nīmante i Kokare, 2022). </span></span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Može se pretpostaviti da </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">odgojitelji s više godina radnog iskustva mogu imati drugačije stavove i iskustva za odgojno-obrazovnu inkluziju, oblikovane drugačijim obrazovnim i društvenim kontekstom u kojem su se profesionalno razvijali i radili. Odgojitelji se mogu osjećati i preopterećeno jer su svjesni izazova kao što su manjak pomoćnika, tj. trećih odgojitelja, potrebnih resursa, kao što su materijali i sredstva za rad, i individualiziranih pristupa i podrške, što ih čini manje spremnima za rad s djecom u ranjivim situacijama u redovitim skupinama. Neki, primjerice, mogu smatrati da je djeci u ranjivim situacijama bolje u posebnim programima, gdje imaju mogućnost dobivanja veće podrške različitih stručnjaka. </span>

<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">U skladu s navedenim, </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-language: HR;">postavljen je <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">c</span></span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">ilj</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> istraživanja kojim se žele istražiti mišljenja odgojitelja o odgojno-obrazovnim potrebama djece u ranjivim situacijama u odgojno-obrazovnim skupinama u dječjim vrtićima, kao i samoprocjena odgojitelja o kompetentnosti u radu s djecom u ranjivim situacijama.</span>

<span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-language: HR;">Postavljena je <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">hipoteza</span> da </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">postoji statistički značajna povezanost između godina radnog iskustva odgojitelja i procjene na skali Kompetencije za podršku i odgojno-obrazovne potrebe djece u ranjivim situacijama.</span>

**<span lang="SK" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Metode rada</span>**

<span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">U istraživanju je sudjelovao 601 odgojitelj (98,5 % Ž i 1,5% M) iz dječjih vrtića u Republici Hrvatskoj. Tablica 1 prikazuje dob sudionika. Iz tablice je vidljivo da je najviše sudionika životne dobi od 31 godine do 40 godina (27,7 %), a najmanje sudionika je u dobi do 25 godina (5,3 %). Najviše sudionika ima završen preddiplomski dvogodišnji studij ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja (37,5 %). Završen sveučilišni preddiplomski trogodišnji studij ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja ima 34,2 % sudionika, završen sveučilišni diplomski studij ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja ima 22,8 % sudionika, a 4,5 % sudionika ima završenu srednju školu. Nakon dobivanja suglasnosti ravnatelja dječjih vrtića za provođenje istraživanja, odgojitelji su, sukladno etičkom načelu dobrovoljnosti, zamoljeni da u svom vrtiću popune upitnik. Nakon što su bili obaviješteni o cilju i svrsi provođenja istraživanja, o </span><span lang="SK">anonimnosti i povjerljivosti podataka te </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">(u </span><span lang="SK">uvodnom dijelu) upoznati s općim uputama o popunjavanju, sudionici su zamoljeni da na sva pitanja odgovore iskreno i da upitnik popune u potpunosti jer služi isključivo za istraživanje predškolske inkluzivne prakse. Bili su informirani i o mogućnosti odustajanja, odnosno neodgovaranja kod neke tvrdnje, čime su poštovani svi etički aspekti provođenja istraživanja.</span>

<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Za potrebe istraživanja primijenjen je *Upitnik spremnosti odgojitelja i faktori podrške za uspješno predškolsko uključivanje* (Skočić Mihić, 2011), za čije je korištenje dobivena suglasnost autorice. Izvorni upitnik autorice ispituje mišljenje odgojitelja o uključivanju djece s posebnim odgojno-obrazovnim potrebama u dječje vrtiće, dok je upitnik u okviru ovog istraživanja modificiran za ispitivanje mišljenja odgojitelja o uključivanju djece u ranjivim situacijama općenito. Korišteni Upitnik sastoji se od tri dijela. Prvi dio Upitnika odnosi se na demografska obilježja sudionika (spol, dob, godine radnog iskustva kao odgojitelja, stupanj stručne spreme). Drugi dio Upitnika sastoji se od skale nazvane *Kompetencije za podršku i odgojno-obrazovne potrebe djece u ranjivim situacijama*<span style="mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">,</span> koja se sastoji od 15 varijabli ordinalnog tipa na 4-stupanjskoj ljestvici (1 – uopće se ne slažem, 2 – uglavnom se ne slažem, 3 – uglavnom se slažem, 4 – u potpunosti se slažem). Treći dio Upitnika odnosi se na mišljenja odgojitelja o elementima pojedinih strategija podrške u okviru potrebnih kompetencija za rad s djecom u ranjivim situacijama. Za potrebe ovoga rada korišten je dio rezultata o mišljenjima odgojitelja o odgojno-obrazovnim potrebama djece u ranjivim situacijama. </span>

Slijedi varijabla V10/KORIST – *Druženje s ostalom djecom u redovitoj skupini za djecu u ranjivim situacijama korisnije je nego druženje s djecom u posebnim skupinama* te varijable s podjednakim rezultatima V14/SLIJED – *Većina djece u ranjivim situacijama može slijediti program rada u redovitim skupinama uz pomoć edukacijsko-rehabilitacijskih stručnjaka* i V15/VEĆI – *Većini djece u ranjivim situacijama korisniji je boravak u redovitim skupinama u dječjem vrtiću*. Također,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dosta su visoko zastupljene i varijable V4/RAD.MZ – *Mogu i znam raditi sa svom djecom* i V7/KVAL – *Mogu kvalitetno raditi sa svom djecom*. Sve su varijable lijevo asimetrične, a sukladno pozitivnim stavovima prema objektu mjerenja, distribucije su uglavnom blago platikurtične, osim V 10, 11 i15, koje su blago leptokurtične.</span>

<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Rezultati deskriptivne analize pokazuju da odgojitelji najviše smatraju da druženje s djecom u ranjivim situacijama </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">ima društvene i emocionalne koristi za djecu tipičnoga razvoja</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">. Mogući razlozi na koje upućuju navedeni rezultati očituju se u području r</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">azvoja empatije i razumijevanja, jer d</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">ruženje s djecom u ranjivim situacijama (primjerice, s djecom s teškoćama u razvoju, djecom iz socijalno ugroženih obitelji, djecom s emocionalnim ili psihološkim poteškoćama) može pomoći djeci tipičnoga razvoja da razviju empatiju, toleranciju i socijalne vještine. To ih uči kako prihvatiti različitosti, surađivati i pomagati drugima.</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> Također, k</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">roz interakciju s djecom u ranjivim situacijama djeca tipičnoga razvoja mogu od najranije dobi smanjivati predrasude i naučiti kako vrednovati ljude na temelju njihovih sposobnosti i osobnosti, a ne prema njihovim teškoćama ili socijalnom statusu.</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Kroz inkluzivne aktivnosti cijela skupina može imati koristi, jer se promiču solidarnost i kooperativno učenje, što dovodi do pozitivnijeg ozračja u dječjem vrtiću (Mikas i Roudi, 2012).</span>

<a name="moj"></a><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Rezultati deskriptivne analize također pokazuju da odgojitelji najmanje smatraju da su stručno osposobljeni za rad s djecom u ranjivim situacijama. </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Osjećaj nedovoljne osposobljenosti, a time i kompetentnosti, može proizlaziti </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">iz n</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">edovoljnog broja edukacija i programa profesionalnog razvoja u koje bi se odgojitelji mogli uključiti. </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Često se ne osjećaju dovoljno osposobljenima za rad s djecom u ranjivim situacijama (primjerice s djecom s teškoćama u razvoju), a </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">radno iskustvo i zadovoljstvo, odnosno nezadovoljstvo poslom mogu utjecati na njihova mišljenja</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> (Kudek Mirošević i sur., 2020). Obično su p</span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">rofesionalni stavovi usmjereni prema društvenim diskursima, pri čemu su specifični obrasci tumačenja, očekivanja i samopercepcije profesionalne uloge njihov sastavni dio (Feyzioğlu, 2012).</span></span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> </span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Važnost i potreba stručnog usavršavanja odgojitelja za rad s djecom kojoj je potrebna dodatna podrška temelje se i na rezultatima nekih ranijih istraživanja (Jordan i sur., 2009;</span></span><span class="hwtze"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> </span></span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Seçer, 2010; Vural i sur., 2021), koji pokazuju da većina stručnog usavršavanja u ovom području podrazumijeva više pozitivnih stavova odgojitelja o inkluzivnom procesu u dječjem vrtiću, ali i njihovoj motivaciji za daljnje profesionalno usavršavanje. </span></span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Naime, studijski programi tijekom njihova formalnog obrazovanja više su fokusirani na opće pedagoške metode i teorije, dok specifične strategije rada s djecom s posebnim odgojno-obrazovnim potrebama ili onima u ranjivim situacijama često ostaju površno obrađene. Sljedeći razlog može se odnositi</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> na k</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">ompleksnost razvojnih i odgojno-obrazovnih potreba djece u ranjivim situacijama.</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> Djeca u ranjivim situacijama mogu imati složenije i raznolike potrebe (emocionalne, kognitivne, socijalne, tjelesne), što može biti zahtjevno za odgojitelje koji se ne osjećaju dovoljno kompetentnima.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span>

<span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Rezultati u tablici 4 prikazuju distribuciju varijable </span>*<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">radno iskustvo</span>*<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> odgojitelja (staž) prema godinama njihova rada u struci. Vidljivo je da je najveća zastupljenost sudionika s najmanje godina radnog iskustva u struci, tj. do pet godina (18,5 %), zatim odgojitelja s radnim iskustvom od 11 do 15 godina (16,8 %) i, konačno, odgojitelja s najviše godina radnog iskustva, tj. s više od trideset godina (16,5 %). </span>

<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Rezultati u tablici 5 pokazuju da postoji statistički značajna povezanost između godina radnog iskustva i procjene odgojitelja na skali *Kompetencije za podršku i odgojno-obrazovne potrebe djece u ranjivim situacijama*, čime se potvrđuje hipoteza da postoji statistički značajna povezanost između godina radnog iskustva odgojitelja i procjene na skali *Kompetencije za podršku i odgojno-obrazovne potrebe djece u ranjivim situacijama*.</span>

<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Kao što je vidljivo u tablici 5, od 15 varijabli skale *Kompetencije za podršku i odgojno-obrazovne potrebe djece u ranjivim situacijama* na varijablama *V1 – Smatram se kompetentnom/kompetentnim za rad s djecom u ranjivim situacijama*, *V3 – Osposobljen/osposobljena sam za rad s djecom u ranjivim situacijama u redovitoj skupini* i *V5 – S djecom u ranjivim situacijama trebam raditi u redovitim skupinama* postoji statistički značajna povezanost s godinama radnog iskustva odgojitelja. Iz vrijednosti predznaka Rho koeficijenta <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">korelacije indicirano je da odgojitelji s više godina radnog iskustva imaju niže procjene na varijablama V1, V3 i V5. </span></span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Odgojitelji s više godina radnog iskustva često se osjećaju manje kompetentnima i osposobljenima za rad s djecom u ranjivim situacijama te su skloniji mišljenju da ta djeca ne trebaju biti uključena u redovite skupine (Kudek Mirošević i sur., 2020). Ovaj fenomen može imati nekoliko ključnih uzroka, koji se mogu povezati s</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> p</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">romjenama koje se očituju u obrazovnim pristupima i trendovima, kao što su kurikularna reforma i promjene koje se događaju u zakonodavnom dijelu ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja.</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Kod odgojitelja s dužim radnim iskustvom može postojati osjećaj nelagode zbog promjena u odgojno-obrazovnim pristupima, što dodatno utječe na njihov osjećaj kompetentnosti i spremnosti za rad prema inkluzivnim načelima. Također, p<span style="mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">rijelaz na nove modele i </span>uvođenje inkluzivnih praksi u odgojno-obrazovni sustav<span style="mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"> </span>često se može<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>provoditi prebrzo i bez adekvatne pripreme, bez dovoljno tranzicijskog vremena ili podrške za odgojitelje, što može dodatno povećati osjećaj nesigurnosti kod onih s dužim radnim stažem. </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Nadalje, n</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">jihovo visokoškolsko obrazovanje možda nije uključivalo najnovije pristupe i strategije za rad s djecom u ranjivim situacijama, zbog čega se mogu osjećati manje osposobljenima. </span>

<span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">Ovi se rezultati također mogu objasniti time što</span></span> <span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">odgojitelji s manje radnog iskustva, koji sebe doživljavaju kao osobe koje stalno uče nove metode i tehnike, sagledavaju nove pristupe ili traže pomoć i slušaju savjete ako je potrebno (Nīmante i Kokare, 2022). </span></span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Stoga je </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">rezultate moguće sagledavati u kontekstu postojanja </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">dužega radnog staža odgojitelja i njihova školovanja u vrijeme kad je odgojno-obrazovna inkluzija djece s teškoćama u razvoju, odnosno djece u ranjivim situacijama, bila manje zastupljena u visokoškolskim studijskim programima, kao i u praksi. Također, odgojitelji s više godina radnog iskustva vjerojatno su dugo radili u sustavu odgoja i obrazovanja u kojima su djeca u ranjivim situacijama (primjerice, djeca s teškoćama u razvoju) bila odvojena od djece bez teškoća u posebnim programima ili ustanovama. Takav je pristup bio dominantan u prošlosti, zbog čega oni mogu biti manje skloni prihvaćanju i provedbi inkluzivnih praksi, pa samim time i daljnjem cjeloživotnom osposobljavanju na tom području.</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> </span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">Rezultati istraživanja Vural i suradnika (2021) ukazuju na mišljenja odgojitelja koji</span></span><span lang="SK" style="mso-no-proof: yes;"> ne mogu udovoljiti interesima i odgojno-obrazovnim potrebama djece kojoj je potrebna veća podrška (primjerice djece s posebnim odgojno-obrazovnim potrebama, djece koja su u izbjeglištvu, socijalno-ekonomski ugrožene djece) i druge djece u skupini u isto vrijeme</span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">.<span style="color: red;"> </span></span></span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">Također, rezultati se mogu shvaćati u kontekstu</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> izloženosti odgojitelja s više godina radnog iskustva većem riziku od emocionalnog i fizičkog izgaranja zbog dugogodišnjeg rada u stresnim uvjetima. Naime, rad s djecom u ranjivim situacijama često zahtijeva dodatni emocionalni angažman i specifične kompetencije <span style="mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">(</span>dodatno vrijeme za planiranje aktivnosti, prilagodbu programa, stručne procjene i planiranje individualiziranih kurikuluma i pristupa, kao i čestu suradnju s drugim stručnjacima), što može dodatno opteretiti već iscrpljene odgojitelje u ionako prevelikim odgojnim skupinama. Odgojitelji s dugogodišnjim iskustvom možda su imali izazovna iskustva u radu s djecom u ranjivim situacijama, posebice ako nisu imali dovoljno podrške ili resursa za rad u inkluzivnom okruženju. U tom smislu, negativna iskustva mogu utjecati na njihov stav prema inkluziji i izazvati osjećaj nekompetentnosti.</span>

**<span lang="SK" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Zaključak</span>**

<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je istražiti mišljenja odgojitelja o odgojno-obrazovnim potrebama djece u ranjivim situacijama u odgojno-obrazovnim skupinama u dječjim vrtićima, kao i njihovu samoprocjenu o kompetentnosti u radu s djecom u ranjivim situacijama. Rezultati su pokazali statistički značajnu povezanost između godina radnog iskustva odgojitelja i njihove procjene na skali Kompetencije za podršku i odgojno-obrazovne potrebe djece u ranjivim situacijama. </span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">Rezultati pokazuju da odgojitelji s više godina radnog iskustva imaju </span></span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">niže samoprocjene</span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK"> o </span></span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">svojoj osposobljenosti i </span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">specifičnim kompetencijama </span></span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">za rad s djecom u ranjivim situacijama u redovitoj skupini. Rezultati također pokazuju da o</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">dgojitelji prepoznaju važnost socijalne inkluzije i koristi za djecu tipičnog razvoja koja proizlaze iz druženja s djecom u ranjivim situacijama, jer je to pozitivno za njihov emocionalni i socijalni razvoj. Međutim, osjećaj nedostatka kompetencije proizlazi iz nedovoljnih specifičnih kompetencija, složenih odgojno-obrazovnih potreba djece u ranjivim situacijama, manjka resursa i podrške te nesigurnosti da neće moći adekvatno odgovoriti na nove povećane izazove. </span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">S obzirom na rezultate, možemo zaključiti da postoji potreba za ciljanim stručnim usavršavanjem odgojitelja.</span></span> <span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">Programi profesionalnoga razvoja trebali bi uključivati ​​ne samo razvoj općih kompetencija odgojitelja, već i potpunije ciljati na specifične kompetencije za inkluzivno obrazovanje. </span></span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Kako bi se to promijenilo, važno je osigurati kontinuiranu stručnu podršku i profesionalni razvoj koji uključuje moderne pristupe inkluzivnom obrazovanju (</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">Ní</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"> Bhroin i King, 2019). Iako su danas stručne edukacije za rad s djecom u ranjivim situacijama uobičajene, odgojitelji s više radnog iskustva možda nisu redovito i dovoljno uključeni u programe profesionalnog razvoja koji se fokusiraju na odgojno-obrazovnu inkluziju. To može rezultirati osjećajem nedostatka potrebne osposobljenosti za učinkovito planiranje i upravljanje inkluzivnim skupinama. Rezultate također treba sagledavati i s obzirom na njihovu ograničenost u kontekstu procjene daljnjih mjera učinkovitosti inkluzivne prakse i povezanosti s veličinom uzorka. No, budući da o</span><span class="rynqvb"><span lang="SK">graničenja zahtijevaju kritičku, cjelokupnu procjenu i tumačenje rezultata za potrebne utjecaje u praksi, ovi rezultati ukazuju na potrebu provođenja budućih istraživanja inkluzivne predškolske prakse kada su u pitanju djeca u ranjivim situacijama i na potrebu pružanja potrebne podrške odgojiteljima u inkluzivnoj praksi.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span>

<span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">The paper emphasizes the importance of including children in vulnerable situations in early and preschool nurturing and education, considering the attitudes and the support of educators to be among the most important factors in the successful implementation of the inclusion process. The aim of the paper is to research the opinions of the educators on the nurturing and educational needs of children in vulnerable situations in preschool nurturing and educational groups, as well as the self-assessment of their competencies in working with children in vulnerable situations. The research included a total of 601 educators from preschool institutions in the Republic of Croatia. For the purposes of the research, the Preeschool Teachers' Readiness Questionnaire and Support Factors for Successful Preschool Inclusion (Skočić Mihić, 2011) was used, which was modified to examine teachers' opinions about the inclusion of children in vulnerable situations. Using Spearman's correlation coefficient, the results indicate a statistically significant correlation between the preschool teacher's years of work experience and the self-assessment of his competence for the support and the nurturing and educational needs of children in vulnerable situations. Preschool teachers with more years of work experience feel less competent and qualified to work with children in vulnerable situations and are more likely to believe that those children need more professional support that they cannot get in regular groups. The feeling of lack of competence stems from an insufficient readiness to meet the specific needs of these children, a lack of resources and support, and their insecurity that they may not be able to adequately respond to the existing challenges of nurturing and educational inclusion. Given the results obtained in this research, it is important to ensure support for and continuous professional development of preschool teachers in order to improve their skills in creating an inclusive educational environment.</span>
