</td></tr><tr style="height: 303.594px;"><td style="text-align: justify; width: 99.9048%; height: 303.594px;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: HR;">Kreativnost je osnovna odgojna vrijednost koju treba poticati i razvijati već od najranije dobi, a <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">razvoj kreativnih sposobnosti djece na vizualno-likovnom području istovremeno utječu na razvijanje njihove kreativnosti i na drugim područjima, tj. djeluje na razvijanje kreativnoga mišljenja uopće. </span>Odgojitelj predstavlja važan faktor u razvoju dječjega kreativnoga potencijala, stoga je svrha ovoga istraživanja bila istražiti konceptualna uvjerenja odgojitelja o kreativnosti. U radu predstavljamo rezultate istraživanja kojim smo utvrdili kako odgojitelji definiraju kreativnost, njihova stajališta o kreativnosti djece i ulozi odgojitelja u poticanju dječje likovne kreativnosti. Istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od 70 studenata preddiplomskoga studija Ranog i predškolskog odgoja Učiteljskoga fakulteta u Zagrebu, Odsjek Petrinja, i 76 odgojitelja praktičara iz nekoliko hrvatskih županija. Za prikupljanje podataka upotrijebljen je upitnik, sastavljen od zatvorenih pitanja anketnoga tipa, ordinalne ljestvice i petostupanjske ljestvice stajališta Likertova tipa. Testiranje razlika između studenata preddiplomskoga studija Ranog i predškolskog odgoja i odgojitelja praktičara s obzirom na njihova stajališta o kreativnosti i njihove uloge u njezinu poticanju primijenjen je neparametrijski *Mann Whitney U* test.</span>

<span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: HR; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Rezultati empirijskoga istraživanja pokazuju da obje skupine ispitanika razumiju svoju ulogu u razvijanju likovne kreativnosti kod djece te su svjesne važnosti vlastite kreativnosti u organizaciji i provedbi<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>odgojno-obrazovnih aktivnosti s djecom. Obje skupine ispitanika shvaćaju </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">da se </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">likovna kreativnost djece potiče višeslojnim, problemski strukturiranim poticajima<span style="mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"> te da je prostorno i materijalno okruženje važan element u razvoju dječje likovne reativnosti. Također razumiju važnost aktivnog sudjelovanja </span>djece u svim fazama kreativnog procesa.</span>

<span style="mso-ansi-language: HR;">Pojam kreativnosti vrlo je složen </span><span lang="SL" style="mso-ansi-language: SL;">psihološki fenomen</span><span lang="SL" style="mso-ansi-language: HR;"> </span><span style="mso-ansi-language: HR;">i još uvijek ne postoji jedinstvena i ujedinjena definicija kreativnosti, već svaka od njih zahvaća određene vidove kreativnosti. Neke naglasak stavljaju na značenje kreativnosti kao stvaranje novih, originalnih produkata, druge ističu karakteristike ličnosti koje će stvaralaštvo omogućiti i potaknuti, a trećima je najvažniji sam proces stvaranja (Čudina-Obradović, 1990). Danas se prihvaća holistički pristup objašnjenju kreativnosti koji uključuje različite sastavnice koje su potrebne da bi se kreativnost javila (Amabile, 1996; Csikszentmihalyi, 1996; Gardner, 1993; Sternberg i Lubart, 1999).</span> <span lang="SK">Navedeni autori</span><span style="mso-ansi-language: HR;"> smatraju da se različite osobne, kognitivne i okolinske komponente poput intelektualnih sposobnosti, kognitivnih stilova, osobnih karakteristika pojedinaca, motivacije i okoline trebaju preklopiti da bi se javila kreativnost (Trstenjak, 1981). Prema Pečjaku (1987) djeca predškolske dobi psihološki su kreativna jer kada stvaraju, ona konstruiraju značenja, pojašnjenja, pretpostavke, ideje i djelatnosti koje za njih predstavljaju novost u razmišljanju i djelovanju. Stoga je jedno od osnovnih načela predškolskoga odgoja mobilizacija mašte i razvijanje potencijalne kreativnosti djece (Dere, 2019). Prepoznavanje i poticanje dječje kreativnosti ovisno je o odgojiteljevu razumijevanju kreativnosti i osposobljenosti za kreativno planiranje i izvođenje odgojno-obrazovnog procesa. Po mišljenju mnogih autora upravo je odgojiteljeva kreativnost to što najviše koristi djetetu da samo razvije svoje kreativne potencijale (Cropley, 2001; Diakidoy i Kanari, 1999; Jaušovec, 1987; Kroflić, 2001). <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Odgojitelj treba iskoristiti potencijal djeteta, stvoriti kreativnu atmosferu te u igri i radu s djecom koristiti metode koje potiču kreativnost.</span> <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Karlavaris i Kraguljac (1981) spominju Lowenfeldova (1959) istraživanja koja su dokazala da razvoj kreativnih sposobnosti djece na području likovne umjetnosti istovremeno utječe na razvijanje njihove kreativnosti i na drugim područjima, tj. djeluje na razvijanje kreativnoga mišljenja uopće. Kreativnost se kod djece razvija s poticanjem njihova uživljavanja u praktičnu djelatnost, prepuštanju mašti, slobodnom izražavanju ideja i osjećaja, oslobađanju od uobičajenih načina prikazivanja. Ti ciljevi ostvarit će se ostvarivanjem ugodnoga okruženja i opuštene interakcije između odgojitelja i djeteta (Tomljenović, 2014), poštivanjem potreba i interesa djeteta; ostvarivanjem perceptivnih doživljaja koji kod djece aktiviraju osjetila u što većem broju i što češće; upotrebom različitih sredstava za rad te pomoću kreativnosti i didaktičke fleksibilnosti odgojitelja koji će biti sposoban ostvariti sve navedene uvjete (Morais i Azevedo, 2011). </span></span>

<span style="mso-ansi-language: HR; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">U poticanju dječje likovne kreativnosti odgojitelj treba voditi računa o prihvaćanju dječjega autentičnog likovnog izraza u skladu s razvojnim karakteristikama dobi djeteta (Dere, 2019). Također, treba im omogućiti pristup raznolikim likovnim materijalima i tehnikama likovnoga stvaralaštva,</span><span style="mso-ansi-language: HR;"> <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">osigurati dovoljno vremena te adekvatan prostor za likovne aktivnosti. Aktivno uključivanje djece u aktivnosti omogućava im cjelovito spoznavanje (Eisner, 2002), dok upotreba različitih nestrukturiranih izvora s kojima se dijete igra ujedno razvija različite spretnosti i omogućuje stjecanje raznovrsnih iskustava. Poticaji za razvoj dječje kreativnosti moraju biti višeslojni i problemski strukturirani. Autorice Kalafati, Flogaiti i Daskolia (2025) provele su akcijsko istraživačku studiju u grčkom vrtiću koja je pokazala kako umjetnički pristupi u obrazovanju za održivi razvoj mogu potaknuti kreativno razmišljanje kod djece. Autori koji su istraživali povezanost između odgoja i razvoja kreativnosti (Craft, 2002; Karlavaris i Kraguljac, 1981; Zimmmerman, 2009) slažu se da je kreativnost sposobnost koju u manjoj ili većoj mjeri posjeduje svaki pojedinac, a osobito je naglašena u dječjoj dobi za koju je karakteristično slobodno izražavanje, opuštenost i spontanost likovnoga izražavanja. Likovne aktivnosti snažan su alat za poticanje kreativnosti kod predškolske djece, pružajući im prilike za istraživanje i izražavanje kroz različite likovne medije. </span>Mirzayeva (2024) ističe važnost vizualno-likovnih aktivnosti u ranoj dobi za poticanje divergentnog i kritičkog mišljenja djece te predlaže strategije za poticanje kreativnosti kroz likovnu pedagogiju poput davanja djeci slobode u likovnom izražavanju bez davanja detaljnih uputa ili unaprijed određenih ishoda; naglašavanje procesa stvaranja, a ne inzistiranje na konačnom proizvodu; kombiniranje različitim materijalima i likovnim tehnikama; pripovijedanje kroz umjetnost i mogućnost izvođenja likovnih aktivnosti na otvorenom. Kroz likovnu pedagogiju, predškolska djeca razvijaju bitne vještine poput kritičkog mišljenja, rješavanja problema, komunikacije i timskog rada. <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Istraživanja su pokazala da su u razvoju kreativnosti kod djece najuspješniji programi koji između ostaloga uključuju umjetnička područja </span>u koja spada i vizualno- likovno područje (<span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Torrancea, 1987;</span></span>**<span style="font-family: 'Aptos',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Aptos; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-ansi-language: HR;"> </span>**<span style="mso-ansi-language: HR;">Anggraini i Yuwono, 2022; Mirzayeva, 2024<span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> </span>Xia, 2024<span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">). </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span>

<span style="mso-ansi-language: HR; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">U radu smo istražili stajališta odgojitelja praktičara i studenata preddiplomskoga studija Ranog i predškolskog odgoja o kreativnosti, stajališta o kreativnosti djece i ulozi odgojitelja u poticanju dječje likovne kreativnosti.</span>

<span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: HR; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Prepoznavanje i poticanje dječje kreativnosti ovisno je o odgojiteljevoj osposobljenosti za kreativno planiranje i izvođenje odgojno-obrazovnog procesa. Stoga je od velike važnosti da odgojitelji razumiju pojam kreativnosti, da mogu prepoznati karakteristike i osobine kreativnoga djeteta i koristiti odgovarajuće strategije i metode poučavanja za poticanje dječje kreativnosti. </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Cilj istraživanja bio je ustanoviti stajališta studenata Ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja i odgojitelja praktičara o pojmu kreativnosti, kako percipiraju karakteristike kreativnoga djeteta i koja je njihova uloga u poticanju dječje likovne kreativnosti. </span>

U njemu su sudjelovali studenti sveučilišnog studija Ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja Učiteljskoga fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu – Odsjek Petrinja (N = 70) i odgojitelji praktičari iz vrtića u Republici Hrvatskoj (N = 76).</span>

<span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: HR; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>U istraživanju smo upotrijebili kvantitativno neeksperimentalno istraživanje, a podatke smo prikupili pomoću anketnoga upitnika</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"> koji je konstruiran na temelju proučavanja stručne i znanstvene literature iz koje smo izdvojili najrelevantnija područja i teme (Štemberger, 2014). <span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: HR; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Stajališta odgojitelja o kreativnosti i karakteristikama kreativnoga djeteta esencijalni su preduvjet za istraživanje i promociju u kontekstu predškolske ustanove. Stoga poznavanje odgojiteljevih stajališta o kreativnosti može pomoći pri razumijevanju potreba, pogrešnih koncepcija ili čak predrasuda te pri određivanju pozitivnih vjerovanja koja bi se trebala osnaživati. Jednako tako evaluacija odgojiteljevih koncepcija kreativnosti može posljedično pomoći pri uspostavljanju boljih praksi u ustanovama ranoga i predškolskoga odgoja.</span>

Ako prevladava mišljenje da je kreativnost karakteristika samo nekih pojedinaca,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>odgojitelj neće poticati kreativnost svih, nego samo onih pojedinaca koje sami prepoznaju kao kreativne. Ako je situacija suprotna, povećavaju se i odgojiteljeva uloga i odgovornost za prepoznavanje i razvijanje kreativnosti svakog pojedinog djeteta.</span><span style="font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-font-kerning: 12.0pt; mso-fareast-language: HR;"> </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">Neka istraživanja ukazuju da se u obrazovnom sustavu kreativnost uglavnom povezuje samo s umjetničkim i tehničkim područjem, zaboravlja se na kreativnost u drugim područjima</span><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: HR; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"> (Marentič Požarnik, 2000),</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"> dok se u našem istraživaju i odgojitelji praktičari i studenti</span><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: HR; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"> slažu s tvrdnjom da djeca mogu biti kreativna na različitim područjima te da kreativnost možemo poticati kod svakog djeteta što je dobar pokazatelj. Mnogi autori (Craft, 2002; Karlavaris i Kraguljac, 1981; Zimmmerman, 2009) slažu se da je kreativnost sposobnost koju u manjoj ili većoj mjeri posjeduje svaki pojedinac, a osobito je naglašena u dječjoj dobi te se razvija vježbom. Upravo je odgojitelj taj koji planira i organizira dječje aktivnosti, </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">potiče kreativnost djece te oblikuje okolinu za stvaranje (</span><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: HR; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">Diakidoy i Kanari, 1999). Odgojitelj mora osigurati takvu okolinu koja će djetetu omogućiti istraživanje, eksperimentiranje, kreativno izražavanje i rješavanje problema te aktivno sudjelovanje u izgradnji vlastitoga znanja (Kemple i Nissenberg, 2000). Da </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">kreativne aktivnosti treba dobro planirati, u većoj mjeri misle studenti (M = 4,21; <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>SD = 0,899) nego odgojitelji praktičari (M = 3,61; SD = 1,167). Iz aritmetičkih sredina vidljivo je i da se svi ispitanici u određenoj mjeri slažu s tvrdnjom da se kreativna djelatnost događa spontano. Dok se odgojitelji ne slažu s tvrdnjom da rezultat kreativnoga procesa mora biti neki konačan produkt, mišljenja studenata po tom su pitanju podijeljena. </span><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: HR; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">To upućuje da je znatan broj odgojitelja svjestan važnosti kreativnoga procesa, same ideje ili formulacije problema u razvijanju kreativnoga mišljenja djece i da nisu usredotočeni na cilj (neki gotov proizvod), dok se, s druge strane, studenti ne mogu odlučiti što je važnije u razvoju kreativnosti djece predškolske dobi – kreativan proces ili produkt. Obje skupine ne slažu se s tvrdnjom da kreativan rad dovodi do nereda i nediscipline u skupini. Taj podatak govori da shvaćaju važnost podupiranja slobodnoga i nesputanoga dječjeg istraživanja i stvaranja te međusobne interakcije među djecom koju ne bismo trebali smatrati nedisciplinom. Iz visina aritmetičkih sredina vidljivo je slaganje odgojitelja (M = 4,26; SD = 0,822) i studenata (M = 4,46; SD = 0,755) s tvrdnjom da je </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">za razvoj kreativnosti važno kod djece razvijati tehnike divergentnoga mišljenja. </span><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: HR; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">Čudina-Obradović (1990) govori da je kreativnost moguće sustavno razvijati i da programi za razvoj kreativnosti</span><span lang="sr-Latn-BA" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: #181A; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"> obuhvaćaju razvijanje (divergentnoga) mišljenja, njegovu upotrebu u specifičnim, konkretnim zadatcima kao i emocionalni razvoj.</span>

Upravo je kreativnost osnovna vrijednost suvremenoga kurikula ranoga i predškolskoga odgoja. Kod tvrdnje da odgojitelj potiče kod djece kreativnost na području na kojem je kreativan on sam stavovi studenata i odgojitelja praktičara razlikuju se, pri čemu se studenti u većoj mjeri ne slažu s tom tvrdnjom (M = 2,44; SD = 1,223) u odnosu na odgojitelje praktičare (M = 2,99; SD = 1,281). Croply (2001) smatra da odgojitelji predstavljaju djeci kreativan model i na taj način vjerojatno u velikoj mjeri nesvjesno više potiču kreativno djelovanje na svom području. Iz rezultata je vidljivo da su stavovi ispitanika kod tvrdnje da kreativnost djece ovisi o kreativnom radu odgojitelja podijeljena, a s njom se u većoj mjeri slažu studenti. O važnosti kreativnosti odgojitelja u korist razvijanja kreativnosti djece govori i Kroflič (2001). Po njemu kreativan i fleksibilan odgojitelj doseže vlastitu aktualizaciju i omogućava prijenos tih karakteristika na djecu. Rezultati istraživanja (</span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">Štemberger, 2014) ukazuju da odgojitelji koji više ocjenjuju svoju kreativnost pripisuju odgojiteljevoj ulozi pri poticanju dječje kreativnosti veći značaj od odgojitelja koji se smatraju manje kreativnima. Veliko značenje prostornom i materijalnom okruženju za razvoj dječje likovne kreativnosti pridaju obje skupine ispitanika. Da je prostorno i materijalno okruženje važan element u razvoju dječje likovne reativnosti slažu se i odgojitelji (M = 4,41; SD = 0,691) i odgojitelji (M = 4,51; SD = 0,622). </span><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: HR; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">Prostor mora omogućiti djeci različite oblike igre i učenja, stvaranje kvalitetnih međuljudskih odnosa te samostalno istraživanje i rješavanje problema u različitim vrstama aktivnosti, ovisno o interesima djece (Rinaldi, 2006). Thornton i Brunton (2007) naglašavaju da odgojitelji trebaju strukturirati prostor tako da potiče dječju kreativnost, želju za istraživanjem, eksperimentiranjem i rješavanjem problema. Ispitanici su svjesni važnosti dobroga planiranja likovnih aktivnosti s bogatim i raznovrsnim poticajima za svu djecu neovisno o stupnju njihove kreativnosti i ne slažu se s tvrdnjom da kreativna djeca ne trebaju dodatne poticaje. Slične rezultate, vezane uz slaganje s ovom tvrdnjom, izrazili su odgojitelji koji rade u slovenskim javnim vrtićima, njih 68,3 % smatra da kreativna djeca trebaju dodatne poticaje za stvaranje (Štemberger, 2014). Također se većina ispitanika slaže s tvrdnjom da je djeci potrebno omogućiti dovoljno vremena za bavljenje likovnim aktivnostima. Novaković (2015, str. 154) naglašava: „Budući da dijete uživa u samom procesu stvaranja, važno je da odgojitelj poštuje njegovu potrebu za bavljenjem likovnim radom i omogući mu dovoljno vremena za razvijanje vlastitih ideja.“ Obje skupine ispitanika slažu se s tvrdnjom da je za razvoj likovne kreativnosti važna aktivna uključenost djece u cjeloviti kreativni proces. Djeca prikupljaju podatke o nekom problemu, sudjeluju u igri poticajima, zatim stvaraju te na kraju razgovaraju o svom radu, iskustvu i samom procesu. Također, mnogi autori (Grgurić i Jakubin, 1996; Karlavaris, Barat i Kamenov, 1988; Tomšič Čerkez i Podobnik, 2015) naglašavaju da je kod dječje kreativnosti u likovnom izražavanju znatno više od konačnoga rada važan sam kreativni proces. Rezultati pokazuju da se studenti (M = 4,23; SD = 0,802) u većoj mjeri od odgojitelja (M = 3,76; SD = 1,057) slažu s tvrdnjom da likovnu kreativnost potičemo višeslojnim, problemski strukturiranim poticajima. Eisner (2002) naglašava da je problem glavni faktor koji unapređuje učenje. Uloga odgojitelja sastoji se u poznavanju načina da se problemi postave unutar Vygotskyjeve „zone proksimalnog razvoja“, toga kognitivnoga prostora u kojemu postavljeni problem nije toliko jednostavan da dijete/učenik ne osjeća nikakav izazov niti je toliko složen da dijete/učenik misli kako nema nade da ga riješi. Većina ispitanika obiju skupina slaže se s tvrdnjom da razvojem likovne kreativnosti djece pozitivno utječemo na razvoj njihove opće kreativnosti. Zimmerman (2009) smatra da likovno obrazovanje može pomoći djeci u razvijanju njihovih kreativnih vještina i mašte. Kreativnost treba promatrati višedimenzionalno jer uključuje kognitivnu složenost, afektivni intenzitet, tehničke vještine te interese i motivaciju.</span>

Kod prve tvrdnje vrijednosti ranga odgojitelja praktičara (M<sub>rank</sub> = 81,62) više su nego kod studenata (Mrank = 64,69), odnosno odgojitelji su izrazili višu razinu slaganja s tvrdnjom da odgojitelj potiče kreativnost kod djece na području na kojem je kreativan on sam. Na ostalim trima tvrdnjama studenti imaju viši rang što znači da se u većoj mjeri od odgojitelja slažu s tvrdnjom da kreativne aktivnosti treba dobro planirati, da je rezultat kreativnoga procesa neki konačan produkt i da likovnu kreativnost potičemo višeslojnim, problemski strukturiranim poticajima. To znači da studenti, za razliku od odgojitelja praktičara, shvaćaju da djeca obično trebaju podršku odgojitelja kako bi pronašla sredstva i samopouzdanje da iznesu svoje ideje, odnosno kako bi se njihova kreativnost manifestirala. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da su odgojitelji svjesni važnosti kreativnoga procesa, same ideje ili formulacije problema u razvijanju kreativnoga mišljenja djece i da nisu usredotočeni na cilj (neki gotov proizvod) dok se studenti ne mogu odlučiti što je važnije u razvoju kreativnosti djece predškolske dobi – kreativan proces ili produkt. Studenti su pak svjesniji od odgojitelja da se likovnu kreativnost djece potiče poticajima koji su problemski strukturirani i zanimljivi da bi potaknuli unutarnju dječju motivaciju za rješavanje problema.</span>

<span class="apple-style-span">**<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: HR;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span>**</span><span class="apple-style-span"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: HR; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Proučavanje stajališta odgojitelja o kreativnosti od primarne je važnosti kako bi se identificirali stereotipi i predrasude koje oni razvijaju o ovom fenomenu (Sternberg, Lubart, 1999), a koji ometaju njihov stvarni napredak unutar različitih obrazovnih konteksta.</span></span>

<span style="mso-ansi-language: HR;">Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da većina ispitanika ima odgovarajuće teoretsko znanje o pojmu kreativnosti i određenih karakteristika kreativnoga djeteta. Svjesni su važnosti poticanja kreativnoga potencijala djece i smatraju da predškolske ustanove pružaju okruženje pogodno za razvoj dječje kreativnosti. Odgojitelji praktičari, za razliku od studenata Ranog i predškolskog odgoja, smatraju da odgojitelji u vrtiću</span> <span style="mso-ansi-language: HR;">više potiču kreativno djelovanje na području na kojem su i sami kreativni. Obje skupine ispitanika svjesne su važnosti bogatoga poticajnog okruženja za razvoj dječje kreativnosti i aktivnoga sudjelovanja djece u aktivnostima. Razumiju ulogu odgojitelja u razvijanju kreativnosti kod djece te su svjesni važnosti vlastite kreativnosti u organizaciji i provedbi odgojno-obrazovnih aktivnosti s djecom. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da i studenti i odgojitelji poznaju strategije i metode poučavanja važne za razvoj dječje kreativnosti. Obje skupine ispitanika smatraju da se </span><span lang="SK" style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">razvijanjem likovne kreativnosti djece pozitivno utječe na razvoj njihove opće kreativnosti. </span>

<span lang="SK"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span><span style="mso-ansi-language: HR;">Dobiveni rezultati mogu pomoći kao orijentir za buduća istraživanja pri razumijevanju potreba, pogrešnih koncepcija ili čak predrasuda kao i pri određivanju pozitivnih vjerovanja koja bi se trebala osnaživati. Evaluacija odgojiteljevih koncepcija kreativnosti može posljedično pomoći pri uspostavljanju boljih praksi i njegovanju kreativnosti u predškolskim ustanovama. </span>

</td></tr><tr style="height: 230.938px;"><td style="text-align: justify; width: 99.9048%; height: 230.938px;"><span lang="SK" style="mso-ansi-language: SK;">Creativity is a basic educational value that should be fostered and developed from an early age, and the development of children's creative abilities in the visual and artistic field simultaneously impacts the development of their creativity in other areas, i.e. it impacts the development of creative thinking in general. Pre-primary teachers have a significant role in the development of children's creative potential; therefore, the purpose of this research was to investigate teachers' conceptual beliefs about creativity. In this paper, we present the results of empirical research whose aim was to determine how teachers define creativity, their views on children's creativity, and their role in fostering children's artistic creativity. The research was conducted on a sample of 70 undergraduate students of early childhood and preschool education at the Faculty of Teacher Education in Zagreb, local branch in Petrinja, and 70 practicing teachers in Croatian kindergartens. The research instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire consisting of closed survey-type questions, an ordinal scale, and a five-point Likert-type attitude scale. The non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test was used to test the differences in the perception of creativity and their role in fostering it between undergraduate students of early childhood and preschool education and practicing teachers. The results of the research show that teachers understand their role in developing creativity in children and are aware of the importance of their own creativity in the organization and implementation of educational activities with children.</span> <span lang="SK" style="mso-ansi-language: SK;">Both groups of respondents understand that children's visual – art creativity is stimulated by multi-layered, problem-structured stimuli and that the spatial and material environment is an important element in the development of children's visual-art creativity. They also understand the importance of children's active participation in all phases of the creative process.</span>
