| This paper is focused onresearchincriticallyorder to revealassesses thestudents' perceptioneffectiveness of theorganizationprimary and lower secondary education curriculum in Kosovo in developing English language skills among students. In a dynamically oriented world towards a global mindset, proficiency in English is increasingly essential for communication, academic success, and participation in the global economy. As such, it is necessary to evaluate the alignment of theinitialcurriculumeducationwith the communicative competence needs offuturestudentseducatorsat an early age. The study employs a multifaceted approach, analyzing curriculum documentation, instructional methodologies, assessment practices, andteachersempiricalaimeddataatto ensure a comprehensive assessment. Drawing on theoretical frameworks from applied linguistics and curriculum development, this research identifies strengths and weaknesses in thecomplementarycurriculumrelationshipapproach to English language development. The analysis focuses on several key aspects, including the coherence of curriculum objectives, the three holistically significant aspectsappropriateness ofinfluence:instructionalThe influence on the cognitive-intellectualmaterials andprofessional component of the person ( epistemological foundations) , the impact on social cohesiveness and self-concept (ontological foundations)activities, and theimpacteffectivenessonofknowledgeassessmenttransfer capabilitiesmethods inpractice.measuringInlanguagedoingproficiency.so,Additionally,surveysthe study examines the integration of language skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking) andinterviews with focus groups were used. The questionnaire was anonymous and with an emphasis on complete confidentiality regarding thestudents' decision to answer. The interview with the focus groups was structured, open and public, which gave the effectdevelopment offullsocio-culturalresponsibilitycompetenceamongnecessarytheforparticipants.effectiveThecommunicationdatainwasdiverseprocessedcontexts.statistically through the Google form, as well as with additional processing according to certain parameters through the SPSS program, andFindings from the interviewresearch will highlight areas for improvement, and recommendations are provided for curriculum designers, policymakers, and educators to enhance thedatacurriculum'swas qualitatively processed and contributed to obtaining a complete picture of the answersresponsiveness to thesetlinguistic and communicative needs of students. By aiming to bridge the gap between curriculum goals andhypotheseslanguage learning outcomes, this research seeks to contribute to the continuous improvement of English language education in primary and lower secondary schools in Kosovo, ultimately preparing students for success in theresearch.globalizedThe sample consisted of 156 students in the third and fourth year of studies from the pedagogical faculties at four universities in the Republic of North Macedonia. The research resulted, at general, that the initial education does not perceive an organized holistic impact on the personality totality of future teachers  in epistemological and ontological terms, which does not provide a complete sense of readiness in the transfer of knowledge in practice. The influence of the faculty is reduced to the strengthening of the cognitive-intellectual component in the students, while the strengthening of the self-awareness is not recorded in an organized institutional form.world. |
