Abstract

This paper is focused on research incritically order to revealassesses the students' perceptioneffectiveness of the organizationprimary and lower secondary education curriculum in Kosovo in developing English language skills among students. In a dynamically oriented world towards a global mindset, proficiency in English is increasingly essential for communication, academic success, and participation in the global economy. As such, it is necessary to evaluate the alignment of the initialcurriculum educationwith the communicative competence needs of futurestudents educatorsat an early age. The study employs a multifaceted approach, analyzing curriculum documentation, instructional methodologies, assessment practices, and teachersempirical aimeddata atto ensure a comprehensive assessment. Drawing on theoretical frameworks from applied linguistics and curriculum development, this research identifies strengths and weaknesses in the complementarycurriculum relationshipapproach to English language development. 

The analysis focuses on several key aspects, including the coherence of curriculum objectives, the three holistically significant aspectsappropriateness of influence:instructional The influence on the cognitive-intellectualmaterials and professional component of the person ( epistemological foundations) , the impact on social cohesiveness and self-concept (ontological foundations)activities, and the impacteffectiveness onof knowledgeassessment transfer capabilitiesmethods in practice.measuring Inlanguage doingproficiency. so,Additionally, surveysthe study examines the integration of language skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking) and interviews with focus groups were used. The questionnaire was anonymous and with an emphasis on complete confidentiality regarding the students' decision to answer. Findings from the interviewresearch will highlight areas for improvement, and recommendations are provided for curriculum designers, policymakers, and educators to enhance the datacurriculum's was qualitatively processed and contributed to obtaining a complete picture of the answersresponsiveness to the setlinguistic and communicative needs of students. By aiming to bridge the gap between curriculum goals and hypotheseslanguage learning outcomes, this research seeks to contribute to the continuous improvement of English language education in primary and lower secondary schools in Kosovo, ultimately preparing students for success in the research.globalized The sample consisted of 156 students in the third and fourth year of studies from the pedagogical faculties at four universities in the Republic of North Macedonia. The research resulted, at general, that the initial education does not perceive an organized holistic impact on the personality totality of future teachers  in epistemological and ontological terms, which does not provide a complete sense of readiness in the transfer of knowledge in practice. The influence of the faculty is reduced to the strengthening of the cognitive-intellectual component in the students, while the strengthening of the self-awareness is not recorded in an organized institutional form.world.
