The sudden change posed significant challenges for teachers, students and parents, raising the questionimprovement of the effectivenesssyllabus and teaching methods of onlinethe teachingforeign language of profession. To equip students with essential skills to start their own business, advance within the company or find employment elsewhere is one of the learning outcomes, that also include developing foreign language communication skills, maintaining professional contacts, organizing activities, presenting ideas, products, and itsservice, impactand using social media in German, following the guidelines from the Croatian Employers’ Association and the German-Croatian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
This work is focused on providing references based on the futuresurvey results, which consists of the educationquestions system. Givenregarding the newstudents’ circumstancespersonal ingrowth whichand teachingprofessional tookdevelopment placeduring intheir anstudies. onlinePersonal environment,growth parents,mainly especiallyinvolves ofrecognizing studentsand ofdeveloping youngerone’s schoolpotential age,and becamegaining keyself-esteem stakeholdersto inbenefit both oneself and the educationalcommunity (e.g. company), while professional development focuses on work quality. Thus, education process should include specific tasks and exercises, accompanied by theoretical frameworks, to promote this individual process.
The paperwork presentsconcludes with a specific recommendation to increase the resultscourses’ ofsyllabus aquality, surveythat conductedallows on a sample of 150 respondents, the aim of which wasstudents to determinemaximize howtheir parents evaluate the quality of remote teachingpotential during thetheir COVID-19 virus pandemic. The results of the research show that parents believe that children behaved differently in the virtual environment compared to the classroom environment, and that teachers should have provided better communication and feedback during online classes, and all parents who were actively involved in online classes positively evaluated it quality compared to parents who did not participate in the process.
